How ordering works, how to buy through ShipServ with IMPA codes, how it reaches the vessel, which service kit fits which tool, and what the warranty covers.
Quote-based: we publish specifications and part numbers, not a price list. Send a list from any Trelawny page, or an RFQ on ShipServ, and we reply with specification, price and availability, delivered to your port.

Add tools, spares and consumables from any Trelawny page, or from the All Products table. They collect into one quote, mixed ranges included.

Specification, pricing and availability, typically within one business day.
We ship to your port
Tell us the vessel and the delivery port and we arrange dispatch.

- Roskilde + directCommon tools and consumables in stock in Denmark; the rest dispatched direct from Trelawny.
- Lead time
- On every quoteWe do not publish a standard lead time; the quote states it for your items.
Quote the code, not the description. Every item carries its genuine Trelawny part number, so a re-order is exact. Needles, chisels, cutter heads, blades and filters wear out; the tool does not need replacing when they do. Each range page lists its consumables beside the tool that takes them.
Service kits, by model
Service kits are specific to the model, and the -Ex tools have their own. None carries an IMPA code.
