The problems the E-GO was built to solve
Professional underwater work demands precision, reach and fast turnaround — without the cost and risk of crewed survey operations. The E-GO is engineered around exactly those constraints.
💰 Slow Mobilisation
Reconfiguring conventional ROVs eats into dive windows. The E-GO swaps any accessory in roughly 9 seconds — reconfigure between dives, not between days.
⚠ Diver Risk
Currents, confined spaces and low-visibility water carry real risk. The E-GO keeps people out of the water for inspection, search and survey.
🌊 Current & Drift
Weaker ROVs lose station in flow. Ring-Wing thrust and Q-DVL station lock hold a precise 3D position for steady close-up work.
📐 Low Precision
Visual-only inspection isn't measurable. QY-MT delivers AR-ruler measurement to within 1 cm, documented and repeatable.
Ring-Wing Propulsion — 30% More Power
The E-GO uses the same Ring-Wing motor architecture as the flagship E-MASTER — delivering a 30% power increase over the FIFISH V6 EXPERT through six metal wing propellers arranged for maximum efficiency.
More thrust, more control, in tougher water
Six high-performance metal wing propellers with expanded blade area are arranged in a ring configuration around the central axis. The geometry maximises the volume of water each thruster accelerates and smooths thrust across all axes — giving the E-GO 30% more total thrust than the V6 EXPERT at equivalent power, with metal construction that resists the flex fatigue of plastic designs.
- Holds station in stronger currents and tows heavier payloads
- 360° six-degree-of-freedom omnidirectional control
- Metal propellers built for professional continuous-use cycles
Q-STEADY 3.0 — Latest-Generation Self-Stabilisation
QYSEA's most advanced stabilisation system combines electronic image stabilisation, AI visual station lock and adaptive flow response into a single seamless control layer — so the pilot can focus on the task, not on holding position.
Electronic Image Stabilisation
Real-time correction driven by the onboard IMU compensates for thruster vibration, tether pulses and turbulence before they reach the recorded footage — smooth, report-quality imagery in active conditions.
AI Visual Station Lock
Tap any subject in the live feed and the AI vision lock tracks and centres it automatically, holding the framing as ROV and subject move — single-touch, no constant manual correction during close-up work.
Adaptive Flow Response
Q-STEADY 3.0 continuously reads current conditions and adapts the thruster response profile in real time — the ROV feels more planted and predictable across a wider range of conditions than earlier generations.
Depth Lock
Pressure-sensor depth lock holds the ROV at a fixed depth while the pilot controls horizontal movement — essential for consistent survey passes and structure traversal.
Posture Lock
Lock the body attitude at any angle — level, tilted or angled to a surface — so the pilot focuses on positioning without the ROV drifting back to a default orientation.
Auto-Cruise · Predefined Paths
Programme survey routes or inspection transects in advance and let the E-GO execute them autonomously — consistent, repeatable coverage that reduces pilot workload.
Q-DVL Station Lock & Smart Navigation
Sonar-based Doppler velocity logging keeps the E-GO precisely positioned in three dimensions — the pilot holds a fixed station while the flight controller counteracts current drift, avoids obstacles and holds altitude automatically.
Hold a precise position for steady, measurable work
The Q-DVL measures the ROV's velocity against the water and the seabed, so the flight controller can lock a precise hover for close-range inspection and QY-MT measurement — exactly where weaker ROVs drift off target. It is the foundation for collision avoidance, altitude lock and repeatable survey passes.
- Station lock hovering — precise 3D position hold without GPS
- Smart collision avoidance — proximity alerts and auto-brake
- Altitude & distance lock — constant height or standoff from target
- Optional 4D Distance Lock Module for enhanced spatial awareness
Precise Manoeuvring
Six-degree-of-freedom control with Ring-Wing thrust — fine, omnidirectional movement for close-tolerance inspection.
Hot-Swap Battery (In Air)
Alternate a depleted battery for a charged one on deck without powering down the system — in air, not while submerged.
Fast Mobilisation
Compact, modular and quick to pack — deploy from small vessels, jetties and shoreline sites without heavy support gear.

- Smart collision avoidance — proximity alerts and auto-brake
- Altitude lock — maintain constant height above seabed
- Distance lock — maintain consistent standoff from a target surface

- AI Visual Station Lock — single-touch subject lock and auto-tracking
- AI Diver Tracking — identify and autonomously follow a working diver
- AI dehazing algorithm — real-time image clarity in turbid water
- AI underwater image enhancement — colour correction and contrast
- AI fish detection & counting for biological monitoring
Over-the-Air (OTA) Updates
The E-GO's software capabilities expand through OTA firmware updates — new AI functions are delivered directly to existing hardware, so your ROV becomes more capable over its operational life without hardware changes.

Modular Architecture — 9-Second Accessory Swap
Field configuration changes should never hold up operations. Every accessory connects and disconnects in seconds; every major component is field-replaceable without specialist tools.
Reconfigure between dives, not between days
A standardised quick-release interface lets a trained operator install or remove any payload in roughly 9 seconds. Two 69.12 Wh batteries deliver 2.5+ hours of operational time and are hot-swappable in air — alternate a depleted unit on deck without shutting the system down, then redeploy with a fresh pack. 90% charge in 50 minutes keeps spares ready.
⚠ Note: Hot-swap battery replacement is supported in air environments only — not while the ROV is submerged. Plan battery rotations between dives accordingly.
9-Second Accessory Swap
The standardised quick-release interface lets an experienced operator install or remove any payload in approximately 9 seconds — reconfigure in the time it takes to discuss the next task.
Up to 6 Tools · 5 kg Payload
With an expansion dock the E-GO carries up to 6 operational tools at once and a 5 kg underwater payload — sonar, sensors, samplers and a robotic arm in a single mission profile.
Integrated Aluminium Housing
A pressure-, corrosion- and crystallisation-resistant aluminium core tank with a biomimetic tail fin reduces drag and withstands the loads of repeated professional deployment better than polymer housings.
A Versatile Underwater Workhorse
The E-GO's combination of AI intelligence, compact form, 9-second tool swaps and a broad sonar accessory range makes it a versatile choice across professional inspection, monitoring and survey work.
