Sonablow - UNDERWATER ACOUSTIC FIRING DEVICE
SONABLOW allows, through a pyrotechnic chain, to eliminate the electric firing line by replacing it with an acoustic command. The system consists of a surface communication module (SCM) to which a waterproof hydrophone is connected.
The hydrophone transmits an acoustic command to SONABLOW, which is equipped with an acoustic receiver and an energy source in order to fire two underwater electric detonators. The user is thus able to trigger one or several SonaBlow at any time from the surface module.
CHARACTERISTICS
Up to 2 km encrypted communication
Single or simultaneous triggers
Action reversibility
More than a week of endurance
Low magnetism
Hand sized device for easy deployment by Divers
APPLICATIONS
MCM operations (Very Shallow Water, harbour protection...)
Special Forces
nemosens micro auv
NEMOSENS is a micro AUV designed for interventions up to 300 m depth, with a specific focus for missions in very shallow water (less than 5 m water column).
sonadive - MCM
SONADIVE assists EOD divers during recognition or object detection missions. Divers can communicate all together and with the surface unit in real-time,, sharing contacts and text messages.
Sema - ASW TRAINING TARGET
SEMA is a recoverable autonomous acoustic target dedicated to ASW training. It is operable from all kinds of platforms such as surface ships, submarines, helicopters and ASW aircraft.
