The Diaphragm Pump, Without the Air Bill

QUANTM™ isn't just another electric pump. It keeps everything good about an air-operated diaphragm pump (stalls under pressure, self-priming, dry-running) while cutting energy use by up to 80%. No compressed air, no freezing, integrated flow and pressure control.

All the AODD benefits, on an efficient electric drive

A traditional air-operated diaphragm pump is simple and rugged, but the air motor is inefficient and the compressed air it burns is one of the most expensive utilities on a vessel. QUANTM™ replaces that air motor with a revolutionary high-efficiency electric drive, so you keep self-priming, stall-under-pressure operation, dry running and solids handling, but cut energy use by up to 80%, lose the compressor dependency, and never deal with motor icing. Smart variable-speed control prevents dry-run cavitation, and flow/pressure are set right at the pump with I/O for remote operation. It's plug-and-play: factory-wired, 120V/240V, with hazardous-location models for classified zones.

Five Reasons to Switch from Air

Up to 80% Less Energy

A high-efficiency electric drive replaces the wasteful air motor, slashing the running cost of compressed air.

🧊

No Air, No Freezing

No compressor dependency and no motor icing. It just plugs in and runs, even in continuous duty.

🛑

Stalls Under Pressure

Holds pressure with no sensors or extra controls, self-primes and runs dry without damage: proven AODD behaviour.

🎛️

Integrated Controls

Set flow and pressure at the pump, with I/O for remote operation. Factory-wired, plug-and-play.

The QUANTM Range

Industrial (i) for general transfer, hygienic (h) for sanitary duties. Hazardous-location variants available across the range.

ModelConnectionMax flowRange
QUANTM i30 / h301"≈ 115 lpm (30 gpm)Industrial / Hygienic
QUANTM i80 / h801.5"≈ 303 lpm (80 gpm)Industrial / Hygienic
QUANTM i120 / h1202"≈ 450 lpm (120 gpm)Industrial / Hygienic

Graco order codes follow a configuration pattern: Industrial TE<size>-<config>, Hygienic HE<size>-<config> (size 30/80/120; config = port type, body, seat/ball/diaphragm material, voltage). Examples: TE30-0407 (i30, 1" aluminium, 120 V), TE120-0016 (i120, 2" aluminium), HE30-0007 (h30, 1" FG SST), HE80-0005 (h80, 1.5" SST). QUANTM or the air-operated Husky? If air supply is plentiful and first cost is the priority, the air-operated Husky range is the simple choice. If you run a pump for hours and want to cut the energy bill, or there's no compressor to spare, QUANTM pays back. We'll help you compare.

QUANTM: FAQ

How much energy does QUANTM save?
Switching from a compressed-air diaphragm pump to QUANTM can cut energy consumption by up to 80%, because it replaces the inefficient air motor with a high-efficiency electric drive.
Does QUANTM keep the benefits of an air-operated pump?
Yes. It stalls under pressure (no pressure sensors needed), self-primes, runs dry without damage and handles solids and abrasive materials, just like a proven AODD, but with no compressed air and no freezing.
Can QUANTM be used in a hazardous area?
Yes. Hazardous-location models are available (UL, ATEX, Class 1 Div 1 Group D), alongside ordinary-location models in 120V and 240V, single and three phase.
What sizes are there?
Industrial i30 (1", ≈115 lpm), i80 (1.5", ≈303 lpm) and i120 (2", ≈450 lpm), plus a hygienic h-series (h30/h80/h120) with food-grade, high-sanitary, pharmaceutical and 3A surface finishes.
