Greased on Schedule, Without the Grease Gun
Manual greasing gets missed, over-does some points and starves others. A Graco centralised system delivers the right amount of lubricant to every point automatically, extending machinery life, cutting operating cost and freeing the crew. G3 pumps, GL-11 injectors, GLC controllers and Trabon® divider valves.

Right lubricant, right point, right time, every time
Deck cranes, winches, steering gear, hatch-cover bearings and pedestals all need regular greasing, and on a busy vessel, manual rounds get skipped or rushed. A centralised automatic lubrication system meters the correct dose of oil or grease to every point on a set schedule, so bearings never run dry and never get over-packed. The result is longer machinery life, lower operating cost, higher uptime, and crew time back. Graco builds the whole chain: the G3 electric pump, Trabon® MSP series-progressive divider valves or GL-11 single-line injectors, and the GLC 2200 controller that watches over it all.

G3™ Electric Lubrication Pump
The flexible, rugged heart of the system: works with both series-progressive and injector-based systems, with an adjustable pump element so one pump fits many jobs.
Key specifications ⌄
| Systems | Series-progressive & injector-based |
| Reservoirs | 2 / 4 / 8 / 12 / 16 L (oil or grease) |
| Power | DC 12/24V · AC 90–240V |
| Elements | 1 adjustable standard, room for 2 more |
| Ingress | IP69K |
| Controllers | Three options + DMS data management |

Trabon® MSP Divider Valves
The industry-standard modular series-progressive divider valve: meters lubricant to the exact need of each point, with positive feedback and built-in check valves. Stackable and field-configurable.

| Max pressure | 3,500 psi (241 bar) |
| Points | Up to 22 per valve assembly |
| Connections | SAE, NPSF or BSPP |
| Material | Corrosion-plated carbon steel (SST optional) |
| Output ratio | Up to 16:1 between outlets |

GL-11™ Grease Injector
High-volume injector for the most demanding points: adjustable output, tested beyond 250,000 cycles, and bolt-on compatible with Lincoln® Centro-Matic SL-11 injectors.
Key specifications ⌄
| Max operating pressure | 3,500 psi (241 bar) |

| Durability | Tested > 250,000 cycles |
| Compatibility | Bolt-on with Lincoln SL-11 |
| Graco P/N | 24A918 |

GLC 2200™ Controller
Compact controller that runs the cycle and watches over it: digital readout, monitoring LEDs and visual/audible alarms for lube-event failures and low lubricant level, protecting expensive machinery.
Key specifications ⌄
| Supply | 9–30 VDC |
| Display | Digital readout, monitoring LEDs |
| Alarms | Visual & audible (in-cab or remote) |

Pump → Metering → Points → Monitored
Two proven architectures, both driven by the G3 pump and watched by the GLC controller.
Pump
The G3 electric pump holds the oil or grease and pushes a metered charge into the supply line on schedule.
Meter
Trabon MSP divider valves (series-progressive) or GL-11 injectors (single-line parallel) split that charge to each point in the right proportion.
Lubricate
Every bearing, pin and bushing gets its exact dose: no point starved, none over-packed.
Monitor
The GLC 2200 confirms the cycle and raises an alarm on a fault or low level, so issues are caught early.
Series-Progressive (Trabon MSP)
Divider valves dispense to points in sequence and give positive feedback: if any point blocks, the whole system stalls and the controller flags it. Ideal for most marine machinery; up to 22 points per valve assembly.
Single-Line Parallel (GL-11)
Injectors fire in parallel off one main line, each independently adjustable for high volume at high pressure. Suits large point counts and heavy-duty bearings; easily extended in future.
The Machinery That Benefits Most
Anywhere greasing is frequent, awkward or easily missed is a candidate for automation.
