Seamor Mako Superior Maneuverability and Thruster Efficiency

The Mako is SEAMOR Marine’s latest ROV, featuring a large open frame design and versatile mounting options. This vehicle can carry a variety of accessories and has the power capacity to operate them all simultaneously.

With a payload capacity of 14 kg (standard) or up to 22.5 kg (upgradable), the Mako can accommodate heavy instrumentation, including multi-beam imaging sonars. Accessories can be easily mounted and positioned without special tools. The spacious accessory bay enhances flow-through, ensuring maximum thruster efficiency for smooth operation regardless of the payload.

Equipped with eight SEAMOR-designed thrusters, including four vertical thrusters for stable flight and four horizontal thrusters for optimized forward thrust, the Mako offers exceptional maneuverability and performance.

Dual Function Gripper

  • Mounted in view of the ROV's camera, it allows easy retrieval of objects up to 90 mm (3.5") in diameter. The 360-degree continuous wrist rotation ensures optimal gripping and object manipulation.   • The SEAMOR Marine Auxiliary Camera is a versatile, easily installed, and repositionable standard definition camera, available in color or black and white. It offers new viewing angles for ROV pilots, enhancing operational reliability.

    Built with the same rugged design as SEAMOR ROVs, it is pressure tested to 600 meters and fully serviceable by SEAMOR or authorized dealers. Unlike other cameras, it can be repaired, with a 1-year limited warranty on parts and targeted servicing options.

Marine Auxiliary Light

  • The SEAMOR Marine Auxiliary Light is a compact, easily-installed light source with a 125-degree beam angle and cool white LEDs, perfect for illuminating dark underwater areas. It can be used for specific tasks or alongside a vehicle’s main lighting to eliminate shadows. SEAMOR Marine vehicles have ports for two Auxiliary Lights.

    Built with the same durable construction as SEAMOR ROVs, it is pressure tested to 600 meters and fully serviceable by SEAMOR or authorized dealers. It comes with a 1-year limited parts warranty, and individual components can be serviced without replacing the entire unit.

  • SEAMOR Marine's Sea Otter Reel is a durable, high-quality solution for tether management and storage. Made from high-grade aluminum and stainless steel, it accommodates various tether sizes and includes waterproof hub enclosures for electronics.

    Available in an open design or mounted in a rugged Pelican case, the lightweight and compact Sea Otter Reel ensures reliable performance in any environment. The water-resistant hub enclosure can be removed for servicing without unspooling the cable.

Marine Auxiliary Camera

  • SEAMOR Marine’s thrusters are known for their superior performance and rugged design. Powered by high-quality Swiss-made Maxon DC motors and gearboxes, they ensure reliability in demanding environments. The custom-designed 4-inch propellers and nozzles generate over 6kg (13 lbs) of forward thrust and 2.8kg (6.2 lbs) in reverse, with a 58VDC input.
