DWTEK designs and manufactures 90% of the I90+'s components in-house — thrusters, connectors, cameras, lighting, and electronics — to aerospace-grade tolerances.

Six DWT8537 thrusters deliver 70 kgf forward, 60 kgf lateral, and 48 kgf vertical thrust — engineered for station-holding in strong tidal and offshore currents that overpower lighter systems.

Large adjustable payload section with 8 MCC ports and 3 TLC ports. Simultaneously accommodates sonar, DVL, USBL, CP probe, UT gauge, manipulator — configured for your specific mission.

Twin 150 W LED floodlights give powerful, even illumination for evidence-grade inspection footage at depth. Optional additional lighting available for high-turbidity environments.

Founded in 2008, DWTEK manufactures 90% of all components in-house using aerospace-grade DMG MORI 6-axis precision machining. Every thruster, connector, camera, LED light, and sensor is designed and built in Taichung, Taiwan — giving SepcoTech and its clients full traceability, short lead times, and direct manufacturer support.
